Holds regular, King sized cigarettes.
Flint goes in one one side, the fluid, the other.
Has a wick.
Art Deco style.
Never engraved.
1940s?
Springs work great.
Faux tortoise, metal, chrome.
Flint spring works.
4  3/16 x 3 x  9/16 inches.
Lid slightly off.
Dust, in fluid chamber.
Scratches on engraving area.
Rub marks commensurate with age, use, and storage.
Overall, good to very good condition.
