Lot of 13 Ronson Table Lighters - Restore or Parts

Lot of 13 Ronson Table Lighters - here's what's included.
(1) Lenox Cone Shape - Fig. 354 - No cigarette urn. Off white porcelain with chrome plated Essex fitment. No chips in the Lenox. Fitment does not spark. And,
I was not able to remove the fitment.
(2) Colony - Fig. 345 - Natural wood handle with "made to look like pewter finish". Thumb piece does not press down all the way, snuffer cap does not raise up. No spark. Green felt bottom is 99% missing.
(3) Fleetwood - Fig. 341 - Wood base has a lot of scratches and wear. Lighter does not spark.
(4) Newport - Fig. 301 - silver plate. Heavily oxidized. Lighter does not spark.
(5) Minerva - Fig. 316 - cream colored porcelain. Snuffer cap does not raise up all the way - no spark. Base and fitment might be silver plate, not sure. But the base and fitment have very dark areas on them.
(6) Mayfair - Fig. 286 - silver plate. Lighter does not spark. Green felt missing from the bottom.
(7) Queen Anne - Fig. 283 - silver plate. Snuffer cap does not raise, no spark. Oxidized with dark spots.
(8) Lotus - Fig. 323 - silver plate. Dings in the body. Lighter does not spark. Snuffer cap stays in the upright position when thumb piece is pressed down.
(9) Leona - Fig. 303 - Green enamel. Lighter does not spark. Not showing a lot of use though.
(10) Trophy - Fig. 324. Ships on both sides but the scenes are very dark (not sure what happened here). Lighter does not spark. Snuffer cap does not raise up all the way.
(11) Diana - Fig. 305 - silver plate. Heavily oxidized. Snuffer cap does not raise up all the way.
(12) Georgian - Fig. 291 - silver plate. Lots of dark areas on the silver plate. Lighter does not spark. Green felt missing from bottom.
(13) Cupid - Fig. 346 - Fitment has a lot of wear. Lighter does not spark.
